Health and Safety
Our health and safety policy is regularly reviewed and updated. We issue a safety
policy statement and code of practice to all our staff when they join us, which
they are required to read and sign.
Safety training is an integral part of employee induction and is followed by
specific vocational training.
Management teams undertake risk assessment as necessary to identify, quantify
and control risk associated with each hazard. COSHH sheets are completed for
all hazardous substances handled.
Training Policy
We are committed to a continuous comprehensive training programme for all our
staff at all levels – from apprentice to director.
We also work closely with a number of training organisations including: Business
Link, the Employment Service and local colleges, to help them develop and expand
their apprentice training.
Customer Care
We are committed to establishing a very close working relationship with you
to ensure a high-value, high-quality service.
At the heart of our business practice is excellent customer care, it continues
to keep us well ahead of our competitors.
