What we do
Woodland Land is a specialist land remediation and development division of Woodland Environmental Limited. Drawing on knowledge and expertise gained in the regeneration of contaminated and degraded land holdings, Woodland Land is ideally placed to maximise development assets through planning and land remediation.
Woodland Land is supported by a flexible private equity base together with external funding partners. We are therefore not subject to bank lending, which means we move quickly on deals and deliver a greater number of projects.
Our Experience
Our employees are well experienced in converting land and property deals in residential, commercial and leisure sectors. We directly employ two qualified Town Planners and have a standalone construction division well experienced in tackling land regeneration and remediation projects.
Our main area of operation is within London and the Home Counties. However, we will look at any opportunity within the South & South East of England.
Our Requirements
We are seeking development sites and property opportunities without planning permission in excess of 0.5 acres. Opportunities will need to be situated in close proximity to strong transport links and offer excellent development potential through the planning system. Sites we consider include:
- Brownfield land
- Single or multiple residential building plots
- Contaminated Sites, including former land fill sites and quarries.

Woodland transformed the land into a much needed country park. -
Princes Ski Club
The Princes Ski Club scheme has been a great success and the venue has recently played host to the world wake boarding championships.
The site now has a fully equipped gymnasium, bar and squash courts all providing even more sources of revenue for the club. -
